How It Ships
This 48 inch bathroom vanity is a Ready-To-Assemble (RTA) cabinet system, shipped flat-packed for safe delivery and easier installation. Assembly is required and can be completed by you or your contractor. Instructions are included and the assembly is straight forward with the doors already attached to the face frame with soft closing European adjustable hinges.

These rustic brown cabinets are perfect for your bathroom remodel or new construction. With its natural beauty and contrasting grain patterns it adds a dimension rarely seen with anything manufactured in today's market. Please keep in mind that knots and pitch pockets and sap wood variations will create a distinct appearance and are NOT considered defects. If you are looking for an upgrade from boring old Oak or Natural Maple, the rustic brown shaker is your best choice!
The frame of the door is similar in appearance to a picture frame. It is made of vertical stiles and horizontal rails. The rustic brown doors are attached to the door frame with soft close adjustable European hinges. All our doors are larger than the cabinet door opening and sit on top of the frame for a full overlay design. All drawers on this model have a full recessed shaker profile, no a slab drawers.
Since our boxes are made of all solid wood construction, we don't use i-beams or braces in the middle of our face frames. This way when you open the doors there is nothing to obstruct you and storing items in your vanity couldn't be any easier.
The cabinet drawer boxes use a set of interlocking teeth cut into the board corners to create a strong physical attachment at all four sides of the box. The set of interlocking, tapered teeth cut into the board ends is called a dovetail joint. It is very strong and durable and is considered to be a mark of high quality craftsmanship. The drawers come with sturdy undermount drawer glides that are soft closing just like the doors. By eliminating any chances of slamming the doors and drawers, your vanity will last for years to come.
Speaking of lasting for years to come, every wood part has a protective clear coat finish to shield it from water and fading which are the 2 things that vanities are susceptible to. The clear coat has a low sheen or shininess so the hickory keeps it's beautiful natural wood finish.
